Therapy is an investment. It's an investment of time, energy and money. It's also an investment in you. Whilst working, focusing on family, partner and relationships, the balance has shifted and what's been lost is focus on yourself and your needs and wants. Now, it might be hard to even think about what those are. Change can be difficult, but so is living in a world where you are exhausted and overwhelmed.
It's time to work on and for yourself. You deserve to have a place to be vulnerable, that is yours alone. Through therapy with me, my clients can get to the root of what keeps them working so hard for everyone else, and receive the safety and support they need to talk about things they can't discuss with family or friends. My goal is to help you live a life you're excited for, where you say 'no' when you need to so that you can say 'yes' to the things that matter most to you.
