People see you as someone who has everything together. What they don't see is the toll it takes on you. You care for everyone first and have high standards for everything you do.
In the past, it felt good to keep everything running smoothly for everyone. Now it's starting to wear on you. Maybe it’s a flare of resentment when you need to add something else to your plate, or a stronger reaction than you had in the past.
Of course, no one sees how overwhelmed you are, and you hate asking for help. It's starting to become unmanageable. I work with high achievers and perfectionists, folx who have have overcome alot and work hard. Now they're exhausted. By working together, we can explore what is working and what isn't, and make a plan to address it. I'm here to listen with compassion and without judgement.
